Background

K.C. Maiwashe and Associates was formed in September 1999 when Mr. K.C. Maiwashe and Mr. W.J. Fourie, both former directors of a large national practice of Quantity Surveyors, took over the Limpopo Province branch of the said practice. The directors command vast experience in all facets of quantity surveying. The company offers a comprehensive quantity surveying and construction cost consulting service. All this in accordance with the South African Quantity Surveying Act and conforming to the high ethical standards associated with the profession.

Ownership and management experience

The company was formed in September 1999 and is currently owned and managed by Mr KC Maiwashe and Mr. W.J Fourie. It is an emerging and vibrant organization properly located in the challenging environment in a South Africa that is undergoing great and exciting changes in infrastructure development. The company offers a comprehensive quantity surveying and construction cost consulting service.
